1826 Matron Head Large Cent. N-4. R-2-. Small S’s variety. PCGS EF-40. (EAC 40). As nice an EF40 as one could hope to find. Beautiful smooth medium brown surfaces and an alluring woodgrain tone on the obverse. Still with traces of original mint luster in the fields.
