1803 1C Small Date, Small Fraction. NGC Fine Details. Burnished. S-244, R.4. EAC Grade VG10. Breen Die State III, with slight obverse buckling and faint clash marks. Actually, a bit sharper than my VG grade may indicate. A few scattered marks and a small obverse rim bruise at 3 o'clock. Microporous matte surfaces, which NGC calls burnished.
